Calls let you connect with colleagues or clients via audio or video directly from Teams. Depending on your account, you may be able to make internal calls only or external calls to phone numbers outside your organization.

Flexible Devices: Use desktop, mobile, or Teams-compatible desk phones.

Make a Call: Click Calls → Make a Call, then enter a name or number.

Answer a Call: Click Accept or Decline when a call notification pops up on-screen.

Hold or Transfer: Use the toolbar to put a call on hold, or transfer it to another teammate.

Voicemail: Access voicemail messages in the Calls tab.

Redial or History: Check recent calls and redial with a single click.
